Technical Services Co-Ordinator (Service Desk)Technical Services Coordinator (Service Desk) - 75-90k - WFH/Hybrid - Gold Coast. Experience in a Service Desk Environment.
Our Cloud and Technology client is looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to enhance their Service Desk operations.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing our engineers while driving exceptional service for our clients.
What You'll Do:In this role, you will oversee the delegation of tasks within the Service Desk team, ensuring that our processes are adhered to and that we consistently meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll also take on a vital administrative role, assisting the Service Desk Manager with various responsibilities and contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:Guide, develop, and coach the Service Desk team.Implement and refine processes for efficiency.Prepare management reports and assist with ad-hoc project coordination.Support licensing and procurement changes.Help dispatch tickets to engineers and manage service desk scheduling.Carry out general administrative tasks and assist with various responsibilities for the Service Desk Manager.Qualifications:Experience in an IT Service Desk environment is essential.Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).Strong background in process development and implementation.Excellent organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.High level of professionalism and effective people management abilities, both in person and through various communication channels.What We're Looking For:Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Solutions-oriented, with the ability to quickly resolve issues to maintain workflow.Personable and detail-oriented, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Why Join Us?You'll have fantastic opportunities for professional development and career progression.
