They have core capabilities across Horticulture, Orchard Management, Processing, Sales and Marketing.
With state-of-the-art processing facilities they have the capability of meeting increasing demands and continue to build strong relationships, as well as maintaining established routes to markets with over 500 customers globally.

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth on the Value Add side of the business.
Managing large existing clients including but not limited to Unilever, Sanitarium, Noumi, and Sunbeam, and end users in the bakery and patisserie space.
You will;Identify and drive sales across value-add opportunities with new and existing clients in the food and industrial manufacturing spaceUse your technical expertise across NPD, production processes, quality standards, and regulations to effectively communicate benefits to the customerCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the processing business to develop new products and ensure operational efficiencyAttend and present at Industry eventsTake ownership of Budget Management, Sales Forecasting and ReportingSkills & Experience
You will possess an extroverted and resilient personality, be committed for the long term, with a drive for growth, development and promotion.
You will be someone who does not shy away from working in a highly KPI driven environment, and have the ability to travel interstate approximately every 6 weeks.
You will have demonstrated;5-10 years of sales experience in the food industryA strong technical understanding of food processing and ingredients.Experience with domestic marketsA proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunitiesExperience conducting market analysis and leading exploratory conversations #J-18808-Ljbffr
