APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED.The Department of Health and Welfare is recruiting an individual with exceptional customer service skills for a Technical Records Specialist 1 position with the Division of Child, Youth and Family Services in our Foster Care Licensing Team. The position is Statewide and can be located at any DHW site. This is a benefits-eligible, full-time, classified position. Typically gained by one year of full-time work experience.Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems. Typically gained by one year of full-time work experience.Experience interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments. These complex decisions could have affected the social or economic well-being of others or would result in a service or action being denied. Typically gained by one year of work experience.Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
