Experience working in retail / retail systems / loyalty systems will be highly advantageous.
In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of critical changes while ensuring high-quality results.
Having a technical background & background in retail environments will be advantageous as role will have a major focus on technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Managing transformation activities for a major loyalty transformation program - collaborating with key stakeholders as well as solutioningWorking with key technical stakeholders re: technical designs Assist in accelerating delivery timelines through strategic planning and efficient processes.Leading technical resources around deliverable activitiesEstablish development standards for teams, working closely with Product, Quality Assurance and architectureEstimate work on the backlog and break down user stories into manageable units of workWrite and maintain unit test automation to ensure that delivered changes meet acceptance criteriaParticipate in regular design meetings and code reviews, driving technical excellence.Produce detailed documentation, including technical specifications based on business and functional requirementsCandidate ExperienceProven experience in technical retail transformation delivery / solutioningExperience with retail / loyalty systems will be highly advantageousStrong knowledge of coding standards, development practices, and modern software architecturePlease note, we can only contact those successfully shortlisted.
