Building on the growth of our Healthcare sector nationally and globally, we are expanding our Healthcare sector team with key roles within our building engineering services team in Australia.
We are seeking experienced and dynamic technical and project delivery leaders to play a crucial role in the execution of major projects.
We currently have three positions available:
Technical Director (Healthcare) – AdelaideTechnical Director (Healthcare) - National RoleMarket Sector Leader - Healthcare Major Projects Executive - National RoleThese newly created positions support our growth plans as we continue to deliver transformative projects in the health and life sciences industry.
The role in Adelaide is particularly integral, offering a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the New Women's and Children's Hospital and ongoing support to a growing local team.

What you'll doAs a Technical Executive and Market Sector Lead in Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and managing the successful delivery of major healthcare projects.
You will also possess strong people leadership skills and have a reputable presence within the Health & Life Sciences industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and overseeing the technical delivery of multidisciplinary healthcare projectsCollaborating with other Buildings & Property Technical Executives to provide strong technical and project delivery leadership for our national Building Services teamEnsuring compliance with relevant design codes, legislation, and standardsEngaging in a high level of collaboration with colleagues in the wider Australian and global Building Services teamsWorking with the Healthcare National Executive to facilitate collaboration across the businessActively participating in creating growth and business strategy, including involvement in key pursuits and projectsDriving client relationships and project outcomes through a deep understanding of market needsContributing to the growth of WSP's complementary global resourcing centres in Manila for use on healthcare projectsAbout youAs a natural leader, you will set a high calibre of technical and project management standards for our team, championing a robust safety culture and ensuring strict adherence to our policies and procedures.
Your role will also entail cultivating, maintaining, and expanding client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities for growth.
