You Are:
A Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is a professional responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project or product delivery.

The opportunity:

Technical Leadership: Provides technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams.
Project Planning: Develops and implements technical project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates technical risks and issues.
Team Management: Leads and mentors technical teams, including engineers, developers, and testers.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensures high-quality delivery of products or services.
Technical Communication: Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

The candidate needs to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in the following areas:

Project management including Agile methodologies
Technical expertise in a technical domain or industry
Working with technical teams as a leader or program manager
Delivering challenging goals for complex technical projects

Nice to have:

Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Agile Certifications (e.g., AgilePM, ACP)



Benefits:
Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days' pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance. Certain employees may be eligible for additional Company benefits beginning on the date of hire, including dental, disability and life insurance plans; four (4) days of personal time off per year, up to three (3) days of paid medical leave per year, and up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave per year.
