THE OPPORTUNITY: 
We're seeking a Technical Customer Service Officer who thrives in an environment where adaptability and quick thinking are essential. This role demands someone who can navigate varied technical challenges while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role is part of the internal sales and business development division and transition to these roles is available for the right candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and respond to technical calls and email enquiries with confidence and precisionHandle complex product-based customer inquiries, adapting your approach as situations demandGather and analyse technical details for the quoting team, demonstrating keen attention to detailProcess and manage warranty claims with thoroughness and efficiencyProvide proactive customer updates, adjusting communication style to match customer needsDevelop and implement positive solutions to evolving customer challengesContribute to technical problem-solving, often in unexpected circumstances THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
