Senior Business Analyst Data Center Migration About The Role
You will play a critical role in a major infrastructure migration project.
This role requires an in-depth understanding of business dependencies, impact assessments, and operational support within a complex IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate ability to draw on and apply data science techniques, as well as other relevant skills/experience, to analyse recurring and/or well-defined topics using established approaches.
Demonstrate some ability to undertake analysis covering topics that are less well-defined and/or require a wider range of approaches to extract and analyse data.
Demonstrate ability to understand and interpret a broad range of data sources, publications, and other relevant information sources, as input into and context for work on data science projects.
Demonstrate ability to identify and assess alternative/new sources of data and other information to support core and extended analytical outputs.
Demonstrate a proficient ability to transform a variety of traditional (e.g.
structured databases) and non-traditional (e.g.
text) data into formats that are appropriate and valuable for analytics.
Demonstrate ability to communicate orally convincingly and credibly and in writing results of analysis and data science techniques.
Demonstrate an ability to explain technical content to a general audience.
Communicate with a degree of clarity and efficiency.
Essential Skills And Experience
6 + years Business Analyst experience Extensive experience in infrastructure, data center migration and/or application migration (must) Proven experience as a Business Analyst with knowledge of banking operations and IT processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to structure and document technical and business requirements.
Keen to learn and understand the business side of payment systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
