Overview: Bluefin has partnered with a enterprise global client and is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with Jira Service Management experience, to join their high-performing and forward-thinking team with exciting new technology projects.
This is a full-time, permanent role and based near Brisbane CBD with a hybrid WFH model.
Candidates must be based in Brisbane or willing to relocate to Brisbane to be considered.
Experience you bring: Deep domain experience in ITSM and or Jira Service Management with at least 3 years of service management experience 5+ years of Business Analyst experience Worked in Agile teams and understanding of Agile frameworks.
Strong understanding of technical systems, software development processes, and IT infrastructure.
Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities: Document current state requirements, perform analysis and document proof of concept Working in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
Gather and define project requirements, working with development teams and SMEs.
Actively participate in project team ceremonies, such as stand-ups and retrospectives.
Capture current state by investigating and analysing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the JSM ecosystem.
Provide technical advice to the project team to deliver solutions that drive innovation through business outcomes.
