Our client in the education sector is currently on the look out for a Technical Business Analyst with extensive data migration and integration across large SaaS implmentation experience.
Position Overview: The Technical Business Analyst will work with the Lead Business Analyst and Solution Architect to support the technical implementation of the software solution.
The position provides a high level of analysis, development of design specifications, resolution of complex technical issues and ensures traceability of the technical solution through Design, Build, Test and Go Live phases.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical analysis support during the Design phase Facilitating Workshops and creating Design Specifications to enable development of required integrations to the Azure Integration Platform of the new product suite.
Create and perform system tests to ensure quality and document outcomes.
Identifying and participating in the resolution of application and system integration issues.
Prioritising requirements, features and user stories and communicating these effectively to stakeholders including conducting walkthroughs for review and approval.
Managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and external technology vendors to develop and implement the required changes to ICT infrastructure.
Required Experience: Skills and experience in analysis, design, development, systems management and maintenance of multi-user systems or applications.
Highly developed skills and experience in the elicitation and documentation of business and system requirements.
Exceptional stakeholder management skilks.
Extensive technology experience on IT projects that involve data migration and integration across large SaaS implementations, including delivery from both third-party implementation partners and internal resources.
Demonstrated experience conducting current and future state analysis, plus information and data management analysis.
