Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Role Overview:
Emanate Technology is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our client's Service Strategy, Planning, and Performance team. This role involves translating business and customer needs into actionable features and process improvements. You'll conduct workshops, document requirements, and support process changes to boost service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery:
Act as the main liaison between business units and the Digital Engagement team.
Assist with implementing new engagement models and delivery frameworks.
Capture personas and map customer journeys for proposed changes.
Identify and address inefficiencies through process mapping and workshops.
Technical Service Delivery:
Analyse user requirements, user stories, and system architecture.
Participate in design and testing, and help with system documentation.
Resolve system issues and recommend technology solutions.
Develop technical requirements and manage documentation.
Financial & Risk Management:
Support financial management targets and adhere to risk management policies.
Follow organisational policies and health and safety procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Assist with workforce management and contribute to a positive team environment.
Engage in continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory:
Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in technical business analysis.
Strong workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and familiarity with relevant technology.
Effective communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience in Defence, Emergency Services, or Not-for-Profit sectors.
Up-to-date knowledge of IT advancements and effective communication of new systems.
