The primary responsibility of this role will be to map out business information systems to assets to support the initiation of a vulnerability management process. This position plays a key role in identifying and evaluating the organization's information systems.Key Responsibilities:System and Asset Mapping: Lead the effort to identify and map all business information systems to physical and digital assets within the organization. This includes understanding the interdependencies and the impact of these assets on the organization's operations.Vulnerability Management Support: Support the initiation and implementation of a vulnerability management process by providing detailed analysis and mapping of information systems and assets. Collaborate with IT/Development and Cyber security teams to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk.Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand and document business requirements related to information system security and asset management. Translate business needs into technical specifications.Process Improvement: Analyse current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system and asset mapping, vulnerability assessments, and process improvements. Prepare reports to update stakeholders on the status of the vulnerability management process.Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between IT, Development and Cyber Security business units to ensure alignment on initiatives related to information system security and asset management.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on information systems and asset management.Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and cybersecurity principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel.Experience with Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessment Platforms (E.g.
