Location - Devonport Dock, Plymouth.

Due to continued growth, the position ofTechnical Authorhas become available to join the clients successful teambased inPlymouth.

My client is working on an infrastructure upgrade programme to support the MODs future requirements in relation to both its warship and submarine programme.

Technical Author Key Accountabilities:

· Undertake both quality and safety inspections reporting findings to the Senior Leadership Team

· Work closely with FPAG to allow works within the nuclear site license is planned and managed correctly.

· Support the creation of safe systems of work

· Be able to identify quality and safety issues before they occur - factor appropriate controls to prevent an adverse event

Technical Author Role Requirements:

· Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) Review Process

· Support the creation of safe systems of work

· Be able to identify quality and safety issues before they occur - factor appropriate controls to prevent an adverse event

· NEBOSH Construction Certificate, an equivalent Quality competence

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in concreting operations

· Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way

· Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
