An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Architect who will be responsible for leading the development of end to end, fit for purpose clinical systems, major medical and biomedical equipment solutions. Digital Health Projects deliver ICT initiatives for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. The next phase of initiatives includes upgrades, enhancements and expansion to existing Sunshine Coast University Hospital deployed applications, uplifts to infrastructure capacity and capabilities at both Nambour General Hospital and Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Birtinya and new strategic ICT initiatives.Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.The SCHHS is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Contribute to and assure the technical architecture designs and configuration for the Digital Health Projects program solutions to meet business and architectural requirements.Provide technical guidance to Digital Health Projects relating to the technical streams.Understand and ensure the Digital Health Project solution deliverables and technical architectures align with Queensland Health standards and directions.Collaborate with the Queensland Health enterprise and solution architects and other subject matter experts to ensure synergies are maximised with the other ICT initiatives being undertaken by the Department.Remuneration value up to $148,323 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
