You will be at the heart of the Nu Skin office in Australia and New Zealand and be responsible for ensuring a smooth run of the office, providing IT – and administrative support, for the office.

SupportPrepare and deliver employee Technology Equipment including but not limited to desktops, laptops, software, telephones, printers, cell phones, tablets, and peripherals.Track and document changes to Nu Skin Technology assets globally.
Including adding new assets as well as asset disposal.Tackle critical issues from the Tier 1 Service Desk team.Setup and maintain infrastructure within Nu Sin's buildings in conjunction with the infrastructure teams.
Including but not limited to data closets, cabling, zoom roomsProvide deskside assistance to Nu Skin employeesManage building access and cameras/alarmsLiaise and maintain relationship with vendors.Escalate major incident affecting PAC region to service desk to resolve the issuesOffice administrationHandle compliance review and investigation in coordination with the Sales team and the regional Compliance groupContract management for office suppliers (building, security, technical systems)Represent Nu Skin for matters pertaining to office equipmentKeeping an inventory of office supplies/items and ordering new materials as neededSupport market/regional heads with administrative assignmentsProject involvementOversee technical requirements for office and external events (for our brand affiliates and other business partners)Participate in marketing projects such as events (i.e., convention, expos)Your skillsExcellent written and verbal knowledge of EnglishTechnical literacy with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and various operating systems including Windows and MacOS.Ability to quickly grasp, comprehend, and retain new technical concepts.Ability to prioritize and manage time, working productively and efficiently under minimal to general supervision.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize multiple projects and ensure completionPro-active, independent, hardworking, and flexibleResponsible and trustworthy, including with confidential data/information
