Ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment within Consumer Finance at Westpac?

How will I help?

Oversee project scope and delivery plans.
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Lead your team through end-to-end project delivery, including escalations and agile ceremonies.
Ensure project health and governance, manage risks, and report critical items.
Collaborate with technology provider teams for smooth plan execution.
Facilitate reporting and engagement with oversight and audit functions.
Drive Change Management activities.
What do I need?

3-5 years in managing project delivery up to $5M, with a focus on Banking and Finance technology.
Expertise in multiple systems integration and Waterfall/Agile delivery methodologies.
Knowledge in Cards management systems and application development.
Proven team leadership and technical management and solutioning skills.
Strong commercial acumen, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
