This is a full-time 12-month fixed term opportunity located at Sydney Domestic Airport.Our customers come first. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient day to day operations of QantasLink at Sydney Airport. This includes a focus on people management, manpower optimisation, infrastructure utilisation and development to achieve the strategic business objectives of safety, on-time performance and customer service excellence.You'll have:5 years' experience leading, inspiring, training and managing a large workforce in an operational and customer service environment.Operational Aviation experience essential.Knowledge of customer service EBA's or airline-based awards.Experience providing senior approval and advice to support resolution during disruptions.Ability to support, drive and engage a team to achieve established business plan objectives.Ability to enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements to ensure employee safety and maintenance of brand reputation.Strong stakeholder management skills and successfully manage third party relationships.Ability to analyse and make sound decisions within time constraints.Why Qantas?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
