You will have the chance to work on diverse and exciting projects while developing your leadership skills in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and drafters, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Provide technical direction, verification, and specialist input into structural engineering tasks.Oversee day-to-day operations, conduct site inspections, and liaise with stakeholders such as builders, architects, and project managers.Ensure adherence to company guidelines and quality management systems.Monitor project efficiency, ensuring solutions are cost-effective and within budget.Develop and nurture client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing systems and team capabilities.Identify opportunities for business development and attend industry events as required.Minimum Requirements:Australian permanent residency or citizenship.Registration with Engineers Australia's National Engineering Register.Proven experience as a Building Certifier.Familiarity with Australian Standard Design Codes of Practice.Strong understanding of residential, industrial, and commercial structural design.Competency with 3D structural analysis software.Excellent communication, report writing, and time management skills.Experience in mentoring and leading teams, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.If you are a driven and experienced structural engineer looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
