This role is crucial in enhancing our client's successful production management team and supporting their continued growth.
Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support a team of individuals to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional development and growth.Monitor team performance, set clear expectations, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and success.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to optimise workflows.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Key Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.Experience with performance management and conducting regular feedback sessions.Ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing environments.A collaborative approach to leadership, with a focus on building positive relationships and fostering a team-oriented culture.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in team management and leadership credentials.2 years experience in a similar role, with exposure to manufacturing processes, is desirable.What We Offer: Professional development opportunities and career progression.A collaborative and inclusive work culture.Working Hours:
This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
