A bit about the job: You'll lead a team of Customer Service experts to deliver our service goals and financial plans.
Be aware of overall performance and have plans ready to quickly adapt if needed, always looking for ways to improve and promote digital solutions.
Lead your team effectively, fostering a high-performance culture by clearly communicating business strategies and goals.
Work with the Customer Advocate Team to strengthen risk management and encourage accountability.
Use tools like Workday and Aviva World to promote wellbeing, follow HR policies, and create an enthusiastic, focused, and action-oriented culture that celebrates success and learns from mistakes.
