Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader within the Hygiene team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Hygiene Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 15 Hygiene Technicians across the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
Lead, supervise, and guide a team of 15 Hygiene Technicians, ensuring strong performance and team cohesion. Oversee daily operations, including job scheduling for the Gold Coast Hygiene team. Maintain exceptional service quality through quality control, consistency, and compliance. Achieve sales and service goals in line with KPI targets, while upholding top-tier customer service. Provide constructive feedback, training, and performance reviews, identifying staff training needs to ensure the highest quality of service for customers. Assist with recruitment efforts as required, ensuring a well-rounded and skilled team. Provide ongoing support and professional advice to customers. Conduct monthly toolbox meetings. Skills & Experience
Previous experience managing and leading a team. Experience in scheduling would be highly desirable but not essential. Excellent attention to details and time management skills. Customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
