About the role Part time permanent position (9 days/fortnight), based in Griffith, ACT.
Reporting directly to the State Manager Client Services, you will be responsible for: Leading managing and supporting the client service team to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to service delivery of the programs across relevant locations Providing leadership of services to people impacted by dementia and ensure sensitive, responsive service delivery Coordinating activities of the programs to ensure optimum efficiency Leading all day to day operations of the team with a focus on identifying client needs and providing a high level of client service and satisfaction Assisting with the implementation of administrative procedures to enhance the efficiency of program contractual requirements, including overseeing referral and intake processes Working across both CHSP and NDSP funded programs What is in it for you?

About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (health/allied health/social services sectors) and experience in a similar position.
Experience in overseeing a service delivery team in a community, health or disability service setting.
Extensive experience working with people with dementia as well as carers and families and an understanding of relevant Service Systems, including My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Collaborates with others to remove barriers and break down silos.
Forges lasting relationships and promotes organisation by building strategic alliances and partnerships (internally and externally).
Motivates people, develops capability through mentoring.
Valid driver's licence required for occasional intra-state travel.
