Team Lead Structural Engineer Opportunity - Geelong
Exciting opportunity in Geelong for Buildings projects in the industrial/commercial & residential sector. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills in a growing consultancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a team lead structural engineer with ideally 7 years experience to join a boutique engineering consultancy that is expanding its team in Geelong.
The business offers an excellent working culture, team environment, and career development opportunities as you will be managing a team of 5 structural engineers. There is also an opportunity to work on interstate projects and support their offices across VIC.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree in civil / structural engineering.
Ideally seeking 7 years + experience in a structural design consultancy in Australia.
Familiar with Australian design codes and able to deliver work that is compliant with regulations.
Adequate skills in design and drafting software including Revit, AutoCAD, SpaceGass, Structural Toolkit, Tekla TEDDS, and RAPT.
Experience in designing structures in timber, steel and concrete.
Team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
Good communicator, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers.
