Team Lead Positive Behaviour Support

As the Team Lead Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Yesability, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced behaviour support practitioners to deliver high-quality, client-centred services that empower people living with disability.
This is a full-time role based in Osborne Park, Western Australia office.

What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients.
Develop and oversee the implementation of client-specific behaviour support plans that promote positive behaviours and enhance quality of life.
Provide expert guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members to build their skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals, to develop and review client support strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Yesability's behaviour support services.
What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy or a related allied health discipline.
Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) in providing positive behaviour support to people with complex needs.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical behaviour support strategies.
Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards governing positive behaviour support.
Registered with NDIS as a PBS practitioner at a proficient level or above.
