About the roleWe're seeking a Team Coordinator, to provide support to at least two General Managers and their leadership teams and other senior executives in their dealings with Internal & External Stakeholders.

This role can be based in any one of our main offices in Melbourne or Sydney.
Day-to-day, you will:Manage day-to-day activities, including diary, email management, and travel arrangements.Coordinate meetings across different states, preparing presentations, reports, and collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders.Provide support to the General Managers and their teams, offering administrative assistance and being responsible for a range of administrative support functions across the business unit.Support teams in onboarding new staff, including technology and setup of systems as well as coordination of induction-related activities.Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across different areas of the business unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations to meet deadlines.Provide logistical support for cyclical events such as Half Year or Full Year Performance reviews, Employee Survey Action Plans, Team Meetings, etc.This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment.Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time.Strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment.High level of maturity and professional presentation.Excellent report production and presentation production skills.Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
