Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently seeking a Team Coordinator on night shift & afternoon shift in Multipack.
Night Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am & Afternoon Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm.
$43+ Pay rate plus applicable shift loading.
Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations of your designated area. Complete relief, rostering, and training of team members. Review and report on line performance. Lead team meetings and performance processes. Data entry and administration. Qualifications and skills: Previous experience in leading, managing and coordinating a team to achieve goals and objectives. Ability to plan and coordinate simultaneous work activities. Knowledge in basic equipment maintenance and advanced monitoring of process controls. Strong interpersonal skills which foster the trust, co-operation, and support of others. Demonstrated experience in food manufacturing environment (not essential, but advantageous).
