Job Description About the role QLS has a full-time, contract opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join our team. The Practice, Ethics and Guidance team enhances the Society's reputation as the trusted advisor to Queensland solicitors by advocating for good law and supporting good lawyers for the public good by the promotion and maintenance of professional standards.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Director, QLS Ethics and Practice Centre and the QLS Ethics and Practice Centre team.
Key duties of the role: Organise and coordinate the Centre's performance reports, including preparing, compiling and formatting business unit reports and following up on additional information. Logging ethics and practice management calls for the Centre. Managing the administration and coordination of the Ethics Advisory Committee, QLS Senior Counsellors, and other working groups that sit with the Centre. Draft correspondence and presentations on behalf of the Centre's team. Ideally you will have the following: Previous administration experience in a professional work environment. Well-developed planning, organisational, and time management skills along with the capacity to prioritise and complete tasks within competing timeframes. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. High level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
