What the day will look likeSmooth, efficient organisation of meetings, international travel and diary arrangements.Arrange, organise and maintain correspondence of client meeting schedules (Client travel) and reinsurer meeting schedules (Reinsurers travelling to ANZ).Arranging payment of invoices via Coupa – paying invoices and setting up new suppliers.Organise internal meeting room and catering bookings.General administrative support including assisting the EA to CEO as required and supporting ad hoc projects.Supporting Reinsurance Solutions by managing the Business Continuity Plan.How this opportunity is differentWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who will be able to work in partnership with the Reinsurance Team to provide effective administrative support to ensure the needs of the team are met in a timely and professional manner.
We welcome applications who are interested in part-time opportunities ideally 3 days per week schedule (Tuesday – Thursday).
Skills and experience that will lead to successA highly motivated and polished customer service and administration professional, you will bring the following to the role:
