An exciting opportunity exists for a confident and organised team player to join our Private Business & Family Advisory Division as a Team Assistant. You will be required to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail. You will need to be proactive and confident. A mature approach coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be called upon. This is a full-time permanent role.Key responsibilitiesDocument preparations and correspondenceAssisting with compliance collationsTimesheetsComplete team workflow tasksConducting weekly on-site setup and uploads for training eventsATO record management and lodgementsPreparation of expense claimsReception reliefMonthly invoicingManage and maintain the organisation's databasesPreparation of marketing and proposal material using MS Office programsOrganise and assist with the catering of eventsOccasional Diary and Travel managementProvide comprehensive administrative and administration team supportWho we're afterOutlined below is the overview of the qualifications, skills and personal attributes we're looking for.This position is best suited for individuals who are currently pursuing or have completed their certification in administration, or those who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in administration.
