We're seeking a Team Assistant, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, to pave the way for our busy leadership team, so they can focus on meeting key business and strategic goals.

What will a typical day look like?
Working across multiple business units, each day will bring a new challenge.
On a typical day you might: Juggle multiple calendars and make travel bookings.
Prepare correspondence for leadership team members and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
Reconcile and process corporate expense claims, invoices, and requisitions.
Provide general administrative support, ensuring a smooth flow of communication across business units.
Support with general adhoc duties, booking catering and coordinating celebratory events.
What skills will our successful candidate have?
Previous administrative experience, including support for multiple team members, in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to prioritise tasks, problem-solve and work in an environment where confidentiality is of high importance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Where will you be located?
We have recently moved to fantastic new offices in Rhodes.
This role requires you to work 5 days a week in the office , where you'll be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
