Managing eight listed investment companies (LICs) on the ASX and with funds under management exceeding $5 billion, we represent over 130,000 retail investors, making waves in the industry as the creator and lead supporter of the first LICs to deliver both investment and social returns (Future Generation Australia and Future Generation Global).    This is not your typical admin role!
You'll be the right-hand support to our dynamic Investment Team, helping keep schedules on track, organising key meetings, planning exciting events, and assisting with travel itineraries.  In addition, you'll be the go-to person for CRM, and ensure our systems are tidy and up-to-date, empowering our team to make the most impact for our investors and the community.  With flexibility in tasks and plenty of room for growth, you'll play a vital role in a close-knit team that values collaboration, culture, and purpose.
Key responsibilities ·        Diary Management & Scheduling : From keeping busy diaries in check to scheduling high-stakes meetings, you'll ensure the team's day-to-day runs seamlessly.
·        Event & Meeting Coordination : Help orchestrate roadshows and coordinate key meetings.
·        CRM Management : As our CRM "super user," you'll maintain records, support reporting, and manage follow-ups to keep our relationships strong.
·        Ad Hoc Support & Team Collaboration : Jump in to cover reception when needed, support ad hoc projects, and work closely with our team to deliver standout service across the board.
·        Expense & Travel Coordination : From planning detailed itineraries to ensuring expenses are meticulously managed, you'll keep everything running smoothly.

·        Promote and demonstrate courteous and cooperative relationships with all internal team members as well as external stakeholders including planners, brokers, Future Generation fund managers, charities, service providers and our shareholders.
·        Champion the Wilson Asset Management and Future Generation brands and assist in providing the best shareholder experience in the market Requirements Skills & Capabilities We're looking for someone who's highly organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Ideally, you'll bring: ·        Strong administrative skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
·        Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
·        High attention to detail, with a knack for managing tasks and planning ahead.
·        CRM experience (Salesforce knowledge is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·        Proven experience in booking travel arrangements and managing expense reports.
·        Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate relevant tools and systems.
