The Role: Supporting the EA to CEO to provide efficient and effective administration support including operational processes and initiatives and being responsible the efficacy of office coordination on behalf of the EA to CEO.
Ad-Hoc Admin Support Calendar management Inbox management Travel arrangements Provide support to a range of stakeholders - both junior and senior stakeholders Assist in accurately updating CRM and spreadsheets Support with booking lunches, travel and accommodation Liaising with the office team to coordinate booking meeting rooms, organising catering for internal events At times, assisting the HR team with admin duties All-rounder, will be a diverse range of tasks throughout the day About you: Have Permanent Residency or Citizenship Have experience in an administrative capacity.
Have a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Be an effective communicator who can tailor their approach depending on the situation.
Pay excellent attention to detail, be reliable, well-organized, and able to prioritize workload.
Possess strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and focus on quality.
Be a self-starter who can work unsupervised.
Be helpful, approachable, and sensitive to confidentiality issues.
Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
