The opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our Melbourne People team on a permanent part-time basis.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer APAC (CPO), you will provide a high level of professional assistance and support. This includes ensuring an efficient, organised working environment, the provision of effective administrative support and the production of exemplary communications and materials as required. The Team Assistant will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CPO to ensure that the CPO and APAC People Team are enabled to deliver to the needs of the business.

This is a part-time role (flexible on the number of hours but ideally 3-4 days per week) with hybrid work arrangements available.
How will I help? Providing coverage support to the Chief People Officer APAC as required. This may include coordinating meetings and functions, acting as a first point of contact, travel coordination, expense processing, invoice processing, budget coordination.Preparing communications, presentations, spreadsheets and documentsSupporting the preparation of Board PapersCompiling and coding credit card statements in preparation for payment and preparing and coding accounts payable invoices.Support to the wider People team by coordinating team events including location and preparation details, organising meetings and teleconferences including agendas, speaking notes, minute preparation and distribution.Undertaking projects and assisting with general duties as required, compiling and publishing regular and ad-hoc reports for the teamProvide support to the wider PA team when requiredWhy work at Bupa?
