About OrganisationThis phenomenal firm has already exceeded its goal of becoming a $10million firm by 2026, and is now on path to become a $12million. They now have a strong team of 74 across two offices, their biggest office being located in BRENDALE (North Brisbane).They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their firm and support one of the Business Services directors, and a team of accountants. The company will have 4 'Team Assistants', one for each Business Services team. The role will also act as a Personal Assistant to the director of the team, helping book meetings and scheduling etc.What stands out about this firm is the genuinely friendly and supportive environment they provide. They provide nothing but exceptional service to their clients and are first choice for SME's looking at growing and improving their businesses!About The RoleAs a Team Assistant you will:Prepare correspondence, structure charts, reports and proposalsFormat documents and proof-read to identify/correct errorsManage the annual Tax Audit Insurance processLiaise directly with the ATO on behalf of clients (and set up payment plans)Set up new entities in the system (Xero)Prepare ASIC forms and minutes, and related documentsAct as a Personal Assistant to one of the Directors on an adhoc basis (e.g., booking meetings, scheduling, diary management)Train junior administrative staffTake part in other general adhoc administrative dutiesAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have all (if not some) of the following:At least 3+ years' experience working as an administrator in a public practice accounting firmExperience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM), CAS360, ATO Portal and FYI DocsMid-strong skills in Microsoft Office SuiteBe great at helping oversee a team to help prioritise and manage deadlinesBe able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a teamBe a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly person who enjoys building relationships with clients and internal team membersThe BenefitsWFH (1 day per week!) | Great flexibility and understandingFull WFH setup provided (2 screens, a laptop and a keyboard)Free parking onsite! | Great location in the suburbs, away from CBDBeautiful, open-plan office environment and refurbished break areaLarge development opportunities for motivated individualsExtremely friendly team, supportive Partners with an open-door policyTo Apply:If you're an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge, please apply directly via our website at www.abacushumancapital.com.au/jobs
