The successful applicant will ideally be flexible and adaptive, able to apply the strategies to differentiate lessons where necessary, utilise explicit Instruction and other evidence-based instructional models to ensure students have ownership and accountability of their individual learning journey and progress.The successful applicant will ideally be able to contextualise course materials to reflect the College context and embed skills and knowledge from the Farm and Trades area of the College within your programs.A thorough knowledge of senior secondary English curriculum is essential and the capacity to teach senior secondary courses in Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) will be highly regarded.
