This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025Manjimup Education Support Centre (MESC) is a Kindergarten to Year 12 facility in Manjimup that supports students with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
The centre personalises learning and collaborates with families and support agencies to create pathways for vocational and independent living.
With over 30 years of experience, MESC currently serves 29 students with intensive staff support and small class sizes averaging seven students.

You will utilise your interpersonal acumen to access a range of supports and services for your students, collaborate with parents and coordinate this to align to the individual educational programs you deliver.As an Education Support Teacher, you will deliver a differentiated curriculum which meets the needs of each student and have an expectation that all students can reach their potential.
You should be a teacher who aspires for academic excellence and is committed to high quality teaching and learning.You will ideally possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school's values, ethos and priorities across the school community.
