About The Role Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Tax & Treasury Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of tax & treasury activities across Australia & New Zealand. You will partner with GFSS teams to improve tax governance and minimize transactional risks and liaise with external parties on tax adherence and compliance.
What You'll Do Taxation Management - responsible for all taxation activities, ensuring full tax compliance with legislative reporting obligations for all legal entities in Australia and New Zealand.
Manage international taxes such as withholding tax treaty applications and transfer pricing with regional/ global tax team;
Develop and maintain tax risk management framework and testing of controls. Supervise and manage tax assessment.
Treasury Management – assist FC managing banking, FX, financial market activities, forecasting cash payments, addressing any related cash flow issues, assist Company financial decision making, liaise with other business units on treasury matters.
Holding and statutory reporting – assist FC managing statutory accounts and Financial Statement reporting in accordance with IFRS when required.
Project delivery – lead and support local and regional projects when required.
Who You Are Previous experience in a Tax & Treasury Management role, ideally within a global organisation
