Job Description
As the Target Fulfillment (TF) and Enlistment Coordination (EC) Lead, you will lead and coach the national TF and EC teams to ensure the successful achievement of contractually agreed targets across all Services. You will align TF and EC activities and workloads to support operational coordination, working closely with the Services, National Recruitment team, and other key ADF stakeholders.
Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you will lead a large, nationally dispersed team of people leaders, effectively engaging and informing senior stakeholders in forecasting, planning, and developing workforce delivery strategies.
You will: Lead and coach TC and EC team leads and their teams to ensure attainment of targets across all Services.Manage the coordination of issuing Service targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, collaborating and engaging with Services to create opportunities for candidates to successfully enlist.Apply detailed data analysis to gain a deep understanding of Service operational requirements and closely monitor potential target delivery shortfalls from a service delivery or viable candidate pipeline perspective.Review and analyse operational performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis providing comprehensive reporting and insights to Recruitment and Events Delivery leadership team as required and requested.Attend and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly target and enlistment delivery meetings, with data insights, progress reporting of delivery achievement, issue identification and remediation planning.Work closely with the TF team to analyse 12-18 months Service targets to deliver appropriate strategic and operational forecasting and planning activities.Monitor team performance and productivity, setting goals, and providing coaching to achieve enlistment targets and KPIs.Work collaboratively as leader in Defence Force Recruitment (DFR) to build a culture of inclusion, transparency, learning and collaboration across teams.Successfully partner and work with Defence stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure an integrated approach to target achievement.Develop, manage, and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the ADF Careers Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.Candidate's Profile

Your background will demonstrate: Proven knowledge and extensive experience in near workforce planning and talent supply chain management to operationalise near-term workforce plans identify, plan for, and successfully address operational delivery challenges.Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience of people leaders in high performing, high volume, nationally dispersed workforce forecasting, planning and delivery teams.Experience in building a learning, training, and skill development work environment to upgrade team knowledge, capability, and service delivery.Deep subject matter expertise in establishing rigorous, structured, and commercially focused workforce deployment processes.High level of skill in data analysis in identifying operational issues, risks, and experience in mid-term action planning to remediate and reach contractual and operational targets.Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure.A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team vision.Demonstrated experience in process review and change management of operational processes to optimise digital solutions and deliver process efficiencies.Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or similar discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.
