Job Description: In February 2024, we formed the first in-house St Vincent's Health Australia Talent team.
Together, we are delivering end to end, value-add internal Talent Acquisition services to our St Vincent's clients and candidates alike across the organisation.
As part of our plans to transition the services we will provide our VIC Public and Private Hospital portfolio, we are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Transformation Lead, who will lead our dedicated local Talent team and our hiring managers through this exciting change of services - from Recruitment support to end to end Talent Acquisition.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be a natural born leader who holds proven skills in implementing new end-to-end Talent Acquisition / Recruitment support and/or a project recruitment background.
You will guide your team to not only deliver the best possible recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike, but you will also help deliver on our promise to transform the way in which SVHA attracts and retains talent.

A full time, fixed term opportunity is available from early 2025 for an 18-month period, with review.
