The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate recruitment or talent acquisition professional to join our award-winning internal talent team.
As Talent & Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates and collaborating with key leaders to ensure we continue to build a strong, talented workforce that aligns with our company culture and growth targets for 2025 and beyond.
You will have access to the tools and resources you need to do your job to the best of your ability, including access to Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights, and our team coordinator who oversees the pre-employment process.

Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Demonstrated experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition A passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of best practice recruitment and selection Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across various levels Tech-savviness and experience with candidate management systems and online recruitment tools A track record of developing tailored recruitment strategies Ability to actively source talent and build pipelines Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple job vacancies Why Join Us?
