**Role**

Our Talent Manager will work with our high-profile clients to place them as talents in a variety of opportunities. They will act as liaison between our clients and potential partners and thus be the face of both our clients as well as of Iconic Influencers. The Talent Manager works to conduct highly targeted, sophisticated lead-gen campaigns to secure their selected clients, ideal partnerships, sponsorships, advisory positions and other commercialization opportunities.

**Responsible for**
- Assessing the talent of prospective clients
- Understanding the client's vision and then Hyper-targeting and identifying the ideal commercialization opportunities for our clients
- Negotiating partnership opportunities on behalf of the client
- Closing commercialization opportunities in hand with our CEO on behalf of the client

**Tasks**
- Understand your clients business model and expertise
- Identify and hyper-target suitable commercialization opportunities
- Prospect potential opportunities
- Book appointments, schedule and organize meetings between clients and commercialization partners
- Management of talent product, deliveries and goods coming in for booked jobs
- Negotiate and close commercialization agreements in hand with our CEO
- Organize the execution of these agreements with our COO as needed
- Liaise with clients and external partners
