team in a growing transport company. As part of a passionate and driven team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of multiple roles. Working closely with our hiring managers, you will ensure the Followmont Family continues its growth journey. This exciting opportunity would suit someone who is resilient, driven, and has a passion for building capability and bringing new ideas to the table. As an internal recruitment team, there is no sales involved.The role includes:Building strong working relationships and ensuring prompt communication with all key stakeholders.Actively resourcing candidates, advertising positions via a range of methods, and creating pipelines for key critical roles.Ensuring candidate profiles are up to date using our recruitment system and that all required documentation is recorded.Providing prompt and accurate correspondence to candidates on recruitment progress, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Effectively scheduling and arranging interviews and pre-employment assessments.Conducting candidate shortlisting, candidate screens, and reference checks as required.Continuously striving to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.Delivering high-quality products and services.About you:2 years' experience in a fast-paced end-to-end Recruitment position; previous experience within the transport industry is highly regarded.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively to get things done and take initiative.Conscientious, thorough, and precise working style, ensuring positive responses under pressure.Proven ability to operate effectively within a team, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in using an HRIS/Recruitment System is advantageous.Robust attention to detail coupled with solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Benefits:Free access to our Employee Assistance Program.Join our corporate health fund with discounts offered.Be recognized for your hard work through our employee recognition program.Free secure onsite parking at our easily accessible Head Office.About Followmont Transport:
