This newly created role will work alongside a team of professionals across the employee life cycle. This will include employee attraction and retention, on-boarding, training and development, employee experience and retention, performance management and off-boarding. This diverse role will see you implementing our P&C Strategic Plan and provide support to our team across the employee life cycle. You will have the ability to use your experience and knowledge to lead various initiatives in streamlining and enhancing our current ways of working, systems and processes. Specific duties include : Providing administrative support for all key P&C activities across the employee lifecycle Own and drive the administration and maintenance of Sovereign Hills' recruitment and onboarding system, whilst introducing innovative methods and tools to streamline recruitment and selection processes to achieve high quality candidates. Support the design and implementation of an employee value proposition. Provide support for all new employees and assist with a positive and successful on-boarding and induction experience. Support the coordination, development and delivery of various individual, team and leadership development programs across the organisation. Manage external working relationships with key external service providers. To be successful in this role you should have : Prior experience in a similar role/P&C field. Ability to build and nurture strong trusting internal and external relationships. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. An openness to learning, growth and development of self and others. Well developed problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to effectively influence others. Well developed project management skills and the ability to manage a range of priorities simultaneously.
