Job Description Harrier is thrilled to be partnering with one of Australia and New Zealand's best known retailers with four amazing brands and over 700 stores. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our talent delivery team and embed into our customer's environment.
Harrier's dedicated on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving the talent agenda and delivering exceptional talent to our customer. You will excel at offering an end-to-end TA service, including proactive attraction and selection of talent for a wide variety of Corporate/Head Office roles and you will become a true talent business partner.
Partnering with, guiding and coaching hiring managers and stakeholders, you will upskill them on talent acquisition protocols and processes. Delivering a holistic, engaging, and efficient talent process to candidates and hiring managers will be your main priority.
Whilst managing the full recruitment process, you will also champion and manage projects to improve talent attraction outcomes. These projects will include reviewing recruitment processes and practices, heightening the inclusion and diversity focus across the business, enhancing recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness, and innovating and optimising talent technology.
This is a hybrid role, with up to three days working at our customer's offices based in either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

Qualifications Working strategically with pace, tenacity and extreme care and diligence will be some of your strengths. You will also possess the following skills:
Corporate recruitment experience, including Executive appointments, across a broad range of niche roles including Marketing / Ecommerce / Digital / Supply Chain / Merchandising / HR. Prior experience recruiting within the Retail industry would be advantageous. Hiring manager and stakeholder management; partnering and consulting with hiring leaders, with the ability to manage expectations and set standards for positive working relationships. Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line. Understanding recruitment process analytics and reporting and delivering insights to immediate hiring managers and stakeholders. Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrating an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities. A focus on continuous improvement and innovative process solutions. Excellent ability in building and maintaining strong relationships to engage stakeholders and candidates, as well as providing training to hiring managers. Versatile and adaptive communication style to various stakeholder communities and the ability to articulate messaging in the most appropriate and effective forum. Managing conflicting priorities and deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and commitment to candidate and customer care.
