We do this through understanding hiring needs, candidate sourcing and attraction initiatives, and fit for purpose candidate assessment. Our team places a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers, as well as offering value-added talent acquisition services, which are central to our decision-making process.
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic and supportive team to take ownership for providing talent acquisition services across various functions and branches. The role partners with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs and works proactively to find talent solutions.
Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for preparing recruitment plans, developing candidate attraction, creating assessment strategies and managing stakeholder relationships. The Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience with regular communication and be a point of contact throughout the end-to-end talent acquisition journey, including offer management and onboarding activities. What are we looking for? Significant experience in a similar role delivering end to end talent acquisition services to a diverse stakeholder group. Highly developed communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. A strong understanding of best practice candidate attraction and assessment strategies and the ability to leverage technology to attract, assess and onboard candidates. A focus on the customer experience (for hiring managers and candidates). Ability to interpret and provide advice on the Government Sector Employment Rules and relevant policies, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
