We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working a total of 24 hours per week.
Partnering with leaders across different sites, and with support from our National Resource Hub, this role will focus on volume recruitment, including sourcing, and onboarding candidates for various positions across our NSW Operations and Farming business.
The successful candidate will be based at our Ingleburn Further Processing site but will also support recruitment across other sites including Prestons, Lisarow and Tahmoor.
Occasional travel to Tahmoor is required.
