Your opportunity to join our TA team!
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working a total of 24 hours per week.
Partnering with leaders across different sites, and with support from our National Resource Hub, this role will focus on volume recruitment, including sourcing, and onboarding candidates for various positions across our NSW Operations and Farming business.
The successful candidate will be based at our Ingleburn Further Processing site but will also support recruitment across other sites including Prestons, Lisarow and Tahmoor.
Occasional travel to Tahmoor is required.

Be part of an iconic ASX-listed FMCG business where the health, safety, and well-being of our people is our highest priority Work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment Key responsibilities: Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple sites Source, screen, and interview candidates in line with business needs Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, provide advice and ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes Use various channels and tools to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout every stage of the process Generate contracts and support leaders in ensuring candidates have a positive and seamless onboarding process Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies Contribute to monthly TA reporting and insights shared with our CPO Key requirements: Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal), ideally with a focus on volume hiring Ability to work independently, manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to advise, influence and respectfully challenge hiring managers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders A friendly, driven and goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship building skills Flexibility in working hours and location We're looking for people who are?curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us; people who want to contribute their best work every single day?and continue delivering deliciously good food that's…Always Good!
