Reporting to the People & Culture Director you will impart your knowledge of best practice talent acquisition methodologies and business processes in order to attract the best talent in the market. Key to this role will be ensuring the resourcing requirements of the business are met in addition to creating effective talent pipelining strategies. Additionally you will play a key role in developing a robust EVP and ensuring the candidate experience is second to none.

This role would suit a proven recruiter; someone that is looking to make a step from IT/digital agency recruitment into an internal role or further utilise their expertise in IT/digital recruitment in a space where they can add value and challenge themselves within a young and vibrant start up culture.

Requirements

Day to day, you will be:
Identifying and attracting top talent through social media, web marketing, job boards, database searches, referrals, search engines, head-hunting and networking events and building a strong talent pipeline
Recruiting for a diverse range of roles including Technical, Creative, Client Services, Sales, Support and Senior Management roles using a direct sourcing model.
Leading and mentoring our Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsible for establishing and implementing the Squiz and Funnelback overall recruitment strategy
Supporting and coaching our hiring managers with interviews and assessments
Managing the end to end recruitment cycle
Ideally, you will have:
Proven success in placing high calibre talent across the creative/technology sectors
A demonstrable track record in volume recruitment
Strong experience in delivering within an inhouse-recruitment or agency role
Proven success in engaging, interacting and attracting candidates using social media, web marketing, head-hunting and other creative methods
Strong networks with the technology/digital community is a must
