Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Do you have a passion for technology? Perhaps with a knack for sourcing and connecting with specialist IT talent like engineers, solution architects, project managers, as well as broader talent across the organisation?
Perhaps you find yourself in your element when you are working less with volumes of transactional roles to fill and more in a role that is also about problem-solving with hiring managers and creating shared solutions?
Why not combine your agency and in-house recruitment experience, in a role where you can shape business success and build results by partnering directly with stakeholders across the business?
If this sounds like you, let's talk! We are looking for an experienced TA Lead who is ready to take charge of this newly created, business-centred role.
The Company Our client is one of Australia's longstanding technology solutions and services partners, working with companies in the financial services, health care, government and corporate sectors, offering digital advisory, consulting and end-to-end professional and managed IT services.

They have built long term trusted partnerships with key clients, enabling the business to evolve over time.

In this independent role, there'll be plenty of opportunity to make an impact by learning about the business and its culture, understanding what it takes to be successful and developing a holistic picture of how talent fits together in this customer-focused business.
