They are looking to streamline their end to end recruitment and are excited to have an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role As a successful Talent Development Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Develop and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage and improve the recruitment system for efficient and transparent recruitment workflows. Assist in developing career pathing frameworks and personal development plans for employees to promote internal mobility and succession planning. Collaborate with the communications team to promote a strong employer brand that attracts top talent. Track and report on recruitment and learning and development metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and employee training outcomes. Location: North Sydney Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + superannuation You As a successful Talent Development Specialist, you will offer:
3+ years in recruitment, talent development or a similar HR role. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Previous experience implementing end to end recruitment processes.
