We are recruiting for a professional with proven talent acquisition experience to become a part of our well-established agency of over nine years operation.
Ideally, you will possess proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for professional roles in Government and Corporate Australia.
We have a flexible working environment and although we generally recruit for professional placements, the office culture is non-KPI driven, and we don't consider ourselves to have a corporate or salesy culture.
You'll bring: Ability to source and onboard candidates to meet client business requirements in a rapid candidate to client environment. Proven experience liaising with clients. A sound history of relationship/client management with the ability to influence and lead your clients to successful talent acquisition outcomes. Innovative sourcing methods to attract the right candidates. To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate proven experience in the following: Proven capability and an understanding of the procedure-processes required within those sectors. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience navigating FastTrack would be well regarded.

This role will suit an experienced agency recruiter that loves the fast pace of talent acquisition but is not a salesperson.
